Oracle 11g release 2 has two methods to relink the product home.
1. Traditional relink all. The relink executable resides under $ORACLE_HOME/bin/ directory and the new relink accepts only all option. No other parameters accepted with new relink.
Example 1: $ORACE_HOME/bin/relink (all option can be used which is not required with 11gR2 as all is the only parameter.
Example 2: $ORACLE_HOME/bin/relink all
2. Relink option with runInstaller
$ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin/runInstaller -relink -waitForCompletion -maketargetsxml
