I got a new dell latitude laptop, and everything looks good. But when I use speaker for the zoom call the volume is very feeble. This is not happening with any other programs like video or YouTube. The headset is giving better output with the volume.
I did below steps to resolve the issue to a better extend. Once you do these steps you will get better result with speaker volume during the zoom or skype.
Step 1.
Click on the speaker icon in the system tray and click on sounds.

Step 2.
Click on Playback tab in the top and right click on speakers.
Step 3.
Click on the Advanced tab in the top
Change the Default format 16bit, 48000hz.
You can see better performance now.
