Provide remote technical support for Infoblox customers and partners

Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

Recommend new and existing solutions, which involve enhancing application/systems functionality, features and defect repair

Be intuitive and inventive by providing solutions and workarounds for customers

Install and configure Infoblox products as well as third-party software for support lab testing purposes

Coordinate coverage for assigned support cases for planned dates out of office

Support 24x7x365 organization, willingness to work on rotational shift and take up on-call responsibilities


Recent experience in providing remote technical support for a North American company

Strong customer service skills

Solid knowledge in TCP/IP, networking protocols, switches and routers

Ability to quickly analyze and respond to customer security threats

Basic knowledge of DNS and DHCP protocols and configuration

Experience with complex network analysis tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, etc

Unix/Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems

Knowledge of authentication protocols such as AD, RADIUS and LDAP



Infoblox is seeking a Team Leader (OFF ROLE) to join our Support Operations team in Trivandrum. Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of Technical Support Engineers. This involves, communicating the business needs and organizational goals in a timely manner and help them deliver the expected result.

Work with the management team for process improvement to achieve better customer and employee satisfaction

Help with scheduling adjustments when required

Handle any escalations which require immediate attention from management


Minimum experience of 2 years in managing a Technical Support team

Excellent knowledge in Networking (OSI Model)

Management certification (Optional)

Should have an excellent interpersonal relationship

Strong written and vocal communication skills

Excellent Customer Service skills

Willingness to work in 24 *5 rotation and provide coverage during weekends as required

Should be ready to work in night shifts

Outstanding analytical and organizational ability

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
